Please join pLink Leadership in welcoming Stephanie Lundeen to our team! Stephanie joins us as our pLink Leadership Editor in Chief! We love that she is meticulous with details, thoughtful, and caring – and that she levels up our programs and curriculum with each review. Her sense of humor while doing so is an added bonus.
Stephanie has been a member of pLink Leadership’s Design Team since 2015 as a contractor. We are thrilled that she has joined us as an employee and that she loves bringing her detail-oriented proofreading skills, as well as applying her research chops, to pLink’s inimitable products.
Prior to joining pLInk, Stephanie worked for more than twenty years as an educator. Having earned a doctorate in English from Loyola University Chicago, she taught courses in college writing, research writing, literature, and the history of English. She additionally holds a TESOL certificate (Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages) and taught English as a Second Language in a variety of settings, including in Argentina.
During her time as an educator, Stephanie began to edit professionally and moved into freelance professional editing and writing in 2013. While being a grammar guard is inherently satisfying, her greatest pleasure comes from helping others bring forth their best work.
After fifteen unforgettable years in Chicago, Stephanie and her family relocated to the Seattle area. They now live in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley with their three children, two dogs, two guinea pigs, and eight chickens—a number of pets that their eldest daughter considers a good start.
