Over 20 years of corporate consulting and successful entrepreneurship, Alexis has amassed experience across a wide range of sectors including tech, hospitality, finance, consumer goods, and government organizations. She has coached Silicon Valley leaders, global executive teams, and startup founders to clarify their goals, identify obstacles, and take meaningful action.

Alexis is the author of Leap of Faith: Cultivating Your Brave Heart and hosts the coaching podcast The Bright Side: Life and Leadership. She partakes in the great outdoors, spending all four seasons of the year in the Reno/Tahoe area where she enjoys snowboarding, stand-up paddling, and forest bathing with her French husband. Her twins are in school at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver (Go Thunderbirds!).

Where I grew up: Santa Cruz, CA
My family: My husband Arnaud, my twins Celeste and Aidan (college-bound), our cat Grouch, and our dog Poppy
My favorite music: Men at Work, Fleetwood Mac, basically anything played on a deck at happy hour. 80’s pop, 90’s country music. And some days old school Metallica.
My favorite foods: Sushi, Mexican food, and a filet mignon with potatoes and roasted vegetables
My favorite cocktail: Margaritas on the back deck, Sauvignon Blanc on hot summer days, A cold Stella Artois when I’m snowboarding.
What I like to do in my spare time: Be outside, hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, camping, international travel, and entertaining my friends and family.
My first job: Selling sweet peas from my garden in Seacliff Beach, CA at age 12. But after that hostessing and waiting tables at Zelda’s in Capitola.
Something no one would believe about me: I once tried to be vegan… It lasted 7 days.
