I think the combination of values and strengths was much more effective in getting to the heart of these issues then some other trainings I have been a part of. I feel like my awareness has been raised!
Thought-bridging is an effective method for working through my negative emotions. I have a tendency to react on my emotions and convince myself of reasons instead of stepping back and asking why or truly understanding the source.
I learned that it’s important to capitalize on strengths rather than change weaknesses. This is important because I was feeling personally lost, and these exercises gave me direction.
