With more than 20 years of corporate experience and successful entrepreneurship, Alexis has coached and consulted – mostly in Silicon Valley – with senior leaders, executive teams, and startup founders across a variety of sectors, including technology, hospitality and travel, finance, consumer goods, and government organizations, to improve their clarity about what they want, identify what is stopping them, and gain the personal strength to go after and achieve their goals with vigor.
Alexis is a master at facilitating leaders in growing their team’s capacity for creating psychological safety and courage, with a focus on competence, character, and consciousness. Alexis earned her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. She is both a Certified Daring Way™ and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and a qualified provider of Gallup’s Strengths-Based Leadership assessment, the VIA Pro: Character Strengths assessment, and the DISC behavioral assessment. Additionally, she is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment tool and The Leadership Circle System of leadership development. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego.

When she’s not working, you can find Alexis at her home in Truckee, California, snowboarding, stand-up paddling, and enjoying the great outdoors with her French husband and teen boy/girl twins.
