Alexis Robin’s core purpose is to inspire people to be brave, to make generous assumptions, to take themselves on. Her zest, expertise, and prodigal beginner’s mind help people go bigger, be braver, and accelerate ideas into action. In addition to her role as COO of pLink Leadership®, this trusted executive coach and leadership partner specializes in working with leaders to recognize and take action on solutions where, before, they saw complex challenges. Best known for addressing the unvarnished truth in a way that executives are willing to hear, Alexis synergizes under-functioning organizations and teams, resulting in improved morale, talent retention, innovation, and bottom lines.

With more than 20 years of corporate experience and successful entrepreneurship, Alexis has coached and consulted – mostly in Silicon Valley – with senior leaders, executive teams, and startup founders across a variety of sectors, including technology, hospitality and travel, finance, consumer goods, and government organizations, to improve their clarity about what they want, identify what is stopping them, and gain the personal strength to go after and achieve their goals with vigor.

Alexis is a master at facilitating leaders in growing their team’s capacity for creating psychological safety and courage, with a focus on competence, character, and consciousness. She contributes to and delivers signature, best-in-business approaches developed at pLink. Immersive, relevant, and delivered in digestible pieces, Alexis’ custom, curated leadership trainings truly change dynamics with more insights, more real conversations, and more ideation about how to apply them every day.

Alexis earned her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. She is both a Certified Daring Way™ and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and a qualified provider of Gallup’s Strengths-Based Leadership assessment, the VIA Pro: Character Strengths assessment, and the DISC behavioral assessment. Additionally, she is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment tool and The Leadership Circle System of leadership development. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego.

A published author, Alexis also hosts The Bright Side, a weekly coaching radio show and podcast with an international following.

When she’s not working, you can find Alexis at her home in Truckee, California, snowboarding, stand-up paddling, and enjoying the great outdoors with her French husband and teen boy/girl twins.
