She holds a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach. Additionally, she is a Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. She is qualified to deliver Gallup’s Strengths-Based Leadership Assessment and the VIA Pro: Character Strengths assessment. She is a certified practitioner in the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment tool as well as the Leadership Circle System of leadership development.

Cindy’s lifelong love of learning has resulted in keen research skills and a hunger for great books. Those who know her delight over Cindy’s sense of fashion and fairness — not to mention, she’s got a great sense of humor. Cooking is one of her many passions, and her spice cabinet is bursting with flavors from around the globe. A true animal lover, Cindy would happily house a llama or a parrot—but for now, she and her husband keep it simple with three dogs and a cat at home in Minneapolis.
