“My passion is guiding and supporting my clients as they embrace, navigate, and grow through life’s “in-between” places following a loss or transition. Horses, with their keen awareness and sensitivity, are perfect partners and catalysts for this experience. Above all else, my Equus work has taught me to be profoundly present – both with my fellow human beings and myself. Where I once looked to the details of my circumstances to define and explain my life experience, through the mirroring feedback of horses, I’m reminded to turn inward toward the source of all experience: my thoughts. From this place, I am empowered to truly lead my life with authenticity, clarity and purpose.”
