She has spoken on global stages, including The MAKERS Conference, Her Best Life, and AICPA ENGAGE, and, by invitation, at well-known organizations such as Facebook, Amazon, and the Brookings Institution.

Having earned a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, Gretchen is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle System, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, and a qualified provider of both the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment and the VIA Pro: Character Strengths Assessment, among other accreditations. In addition to her work, Gretchen is a mother of three, with one grown child and twin children still in the nest, and she resides in Maryland with her husband. She likes to spend time with her Goldendoodles, Hoover and Charlotte, in the garden, woods, or water.
