Feedback – because leadership changes when context does, every coaching engagement begins with current feedback gathered with the 360 assessment, The Leadership Circle Profile.
Some people have had poor experiences with 360 assessments. This is not one of those experiences. The Leadership Circle Profile™ is an evidence-based assessment that “magnifies why leaders do what they do and how they can transform.” We love it because it is built on a solid evidence base, it highlights mindsets and behaviors, and, perhaps most importantly, it illustrates what a person can move towards rather than away from.
Realistic – 10 hours of coaching over 6 months in one-hour bi-weekly video sessions. Includes: defining outcomes for the coaching, the LCP and debrief, the creation of a feedback-informed Leadership Development plan, exploration of values and strengths, ongoing coaching, pulse surveys to track progress, and a final session to bring it all together. Most clients complete their first series within six months, with many opting to renew.
Coaching Impact Brief – we measure, and share back with each client, their progress across 20 metrics that impact leadership effectiveness and well-being.
Coaching the Cohort
While individual leaders can be highly effective with their own teams, that dynamic does not always translate to highly effective organizational leadership. This gap becomes one of the great frustrations of high performers.
We created our pLink Forge offering for collective leadership, to elevate a group of leaders simultaneously and to address challenges such as physical distance and functional silos. Forge members gain inspiration, guidance, connection, and most of all, ongoing accountability to strive.
Each Forge is a cohort of leaders (either like-level or affinity), led by a dedicated pLink Executive Coach and supported in a private Slack space and with curated learning resources. Forges meet monthly and only get better with time. Rolling enrollment allows organizations to support new and rising leaders immediately.
Impacts include stronger relationships, improved communication, increased systems awareness and collaboration, higher levels of trust and professional courage, and greater clarity of vision and priorities.
