Facebook sponsors a Women’s Leadership Day for 150 C-suite leaders and rising stars in the Advertising Industry. pLink Leadership was invited to facilitate the workshop portion of the day. We created a bespoke program, Creating Space for Courage to Grow. We worked with the women on practices to become brave leaders. In the afternoon we facilitated a conversation about the challenges and opportunities that come with women in leadership and where they placed themselves on a continuum … part of the problem, neutral or part of the problem. It was a fun day and the response was overwhelmingly positive from both the attendees and the Facebook Sponsors. #SheMeansBusiness

Some of our coaches were asked to take part in the Live Improvement Project which was co-sponsored by Oprah’s O Magazine and IKEA to present on the connection between our living space and our inner lives. The project was delivered across the country with our coaches delivering on both the east and west coasts.
