The most powerful thing you can do as a leaderis support people in solving their own problems.
Leader as Coach
In our experience, leaders who understand, and utilize, the fundamental skills of coaching are better, more effective leaders. They are the kind of humans that others aspire to be like, and the way in which they lead creates positive culture and improves all kinds of organizational outcomes.
Our Leader as Coach program is an inspiration that comes from being positive psychology practitioners, who are also skilled coaches with deep business acumen. Why not equip leaders with foundational coaching skills that they can “learn today and apply tomorrow?” Most of the leaders we interact with love supporting the growth of other people, what they crave is more know-how. Participants, who actively engage in the workshop, will learn how to listen more deeply, ask powerful questions, resist solving problems for others, and gain a new perspective on how they add value as leader and coach.

Coaching confronts mediocrity, invites feedback, elevates coach and client, and, over time, creates a self-sustaining culture resulting in swift and agile adaptation system wide.
