Positive Edge
Coach Training

Have fun, get CCEs, and connect with like-minded coaches.

pLink Leadership’s Positive Edge Coaching provides an opportunity for trained coaches to develop and grow professionally through training and skills enhancement with the vibrant and experienced pLink team.

At pLink, we love what we do, and we like to do it with people we love. Join our pLink Leadership Senior Executive Coaches and increase your coaching skills and confidence. Through reading, reflection, lively discussion, and demonstration during peer learning labs, participants will integrate and deepen ICF core competencies and best practices in coaching.

Build community in sessions that offer the opportunity to learn, observe, practice, and receive developmental feedback that will accelerate skill development. Coaches will work through coaching dilemmas, review ICF core competencies and PCC markers, and enhance familiarity with and application of pLink coaching processes.

Prerequisite: ACC/PCC or equivalent coaching experience

Partial credits are available if you cannot make every session.
