pLink Library

To make it as easy as possible to “land the learning” by creating awareness and social support, pLink Positive Nudges® are designed to work on three levels:

  1. “Learn today, apply tomorrow” concepts, language, and techniques.
  2. Raise visibility of the concepts in the social network that surrounds the learner, which in turn heightens accountability while providing social support (we are all in this together).
  3. Inspire change at the individual, team, and organizational level – a rising tide lifts everyone.

Positive Nudge audio playlists aligned with our programs are also provided.

Challenge yourself to put a single Nudge concept into practice for two weeks.

  • Week 1: Read the Positive Nudge and listen to the audio to focus your intention and spark ideas. Practice Think/Feel/Do/Say suggestions for one week.
  • Week 2: Prior to beginning your second week, read and listen one more time to see what else becomes available to you. Notice that, as you develop your practice, you will improve your skill at applying the concept.

Continue leveling up your leadership by choosing a new Nudge concept
to focus on and repeating the process outlined above.
