Dare to Lead

The full Dare to Lead™ curriculum delivered through pLink’s unique Leadership Lab structure. The Dare to Lead Leadership Lab centers on 4 courage-building skill sets that are teachable, observable, and measurable – Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Values, BRAVING Trust, and Learning to Rise. Based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown and powered by pLink Leadership.

Our Dare to Lead Leadership Lab is led by pLink Executive Coaches who are Certified Dare to Lead Facilitators.

This course will result in a Dare to Lead Trained certificate and digital badge.

Dare to Lead is a 24-hour curriculum over 4 months

Each month includes a 6-hour Learning Lab and a 90-minute Integration Session (bi-weekly cadence).
