We have changed our name to more accurately reflect the pond we are swimming in and the work we are doing in the world. Our new name is simply

We believe in a world where positive leadership is the norm, and individuals and the organizations they power are a force for positive change.
We exist to change the way people work and lead to enable positive change in the world.
We are the link between the science of positive psychology and better business results (and awesome leaders).
Over the last month, we’ve been out challenging ourselves, learning and sharing our gifts at Leadership Circle Summit and Courage Camp. We learned from Bob Andersen and team about creative leadership, and from Brené Brown and team about courageous leadership.

Individual development happens much slower (if at all) in a vacuum. When people are paired, or in a group, that is aiming for the same bar (and holding each other accountable) with reflection, holding space, stretching and celebrating, individual growth accelerates. Not only is social learning more fun, but it can actually speed up the development of competence, character, and consciousness.

In a world where there is turmoil, we may feel like we shouldn’t experience joy while others are hurting. But if we have no joy in your heart, how can we help others?
In addition to learning, we also got to teach! Renee, Helen and Alexis facilitated a pLink Equus Workshop for participants at Courage Camp.
