Where you can find me on the weekend: Taking a walk along the lake shore, gardening in the summer, and spending time with family and friends

My guilty pleasure is: Going to the lake in the afternoon and watching the sunset with a friend or a loved one. Listening to a podcast and going for a walk.

Advice you give but you are bad about taking. Give yourself time to be still. I’m the complete opposite but I know that I should be practicing stillness.
