Jennifer Schneider

To enhance the delivery and acceleration of positive change in the world, Jennifer leads a determined and cohesive team of designers and experts who bring pLink Leadership’s signature ideas and concepts to life. Her leadership informs every piece of company collateral, whether in its graphic representation of data, its synthesis of information, or its visual impact. Her clarity and vision also inform the systems and processes that support the many aspects of pLink Leadership behind the scenes. She approaches every new initiative with curiosity, zest, and a gentle sense of humor, tempering her detail-oriented precision and intellectual intensity. Her values around bringing forth beauty – to genuinely make the world a more beautiful place – guide and inform her work every day.

A founding member of pLink Leadership, Jennifer plays a pivotal role at the heart of the executive team. From the early days of crafting every signature piece herself to her current leadership position, she has been deeply involved in the company and its offerings, and her guidance and design principles are interwoven throughout. A decade before the launch of the current company, Jennifer met and began collaborating with Gretchen Pisano. Together, they developed a unique style of tools, graphics, visuals, and concept models in support of Gretchen’s facilitation, creating the first iteration of the positive leadership ideas and practices that continue to sustain the vision today.

Jennifer is profoundly happy living with her husband and cat in the Chicago suburb of Des Plaines, and she especially enjoys Cubs games, Six Flags, and any time spent with her college-age daughter.
