Jennifer’s specialty is providing powerful, visual impact to ideas and concepts. Bringing with her 20 years of experience in the visual and performing arts, Jennifer provides design and project management skills for all areas of pLink Leadership and its related products.
Graduating in 1991 with a BFA in Theater, Jennifer moved from Ohio to Chicago to pursue a theater career. After a decade as an independent contractor working for dozens of professional theaters, she accepted a position at a small training and consulting firm, where her duties included creating informational packets and meeting summarization and documentation.
In 2003, Jennifer launched her own desktop publishing business, building on her design skills and partnering with Gretchen Pisano, whom she met while working for the corporate training company. For a decade, Gretchen and Jennifer worked closely together, developing a unique style of tools, graphics, visuals, and concept models. A founding member of pLink Leadership, Jennifer is the Director of Design and Product Development for the company. She is self-taught on the latest design software, and manages a team of designers, transcribers, and proofreaders to create and fulfill everything from business cards to billboards, curriculum materials, advertising, graphic representation of data, and information synthesis.
Jennifer is profoundly happy living in the Chicago suburb of Des Plaines with her husband, her daughter, and her cat.
