We are excited to launch a new year of Push Messages. This year every month will have a theme and the push messages will help you build a practice in self-reflection. Each week we will gently inspire you to inquire within with a set of questions (one-per day). Because repetition is good when you are learning, you’ll have a month to practice with the same questions.
We’ll still continue to send some of our favorite quotes and random inspirational messages to add some positivity to your days in addition to the practice questions.
