I love this book by Fred Kofman who currently is working as the head of Learning and Development at Linkedin. Fred talks about the importance of taking unconditional responsibility for oneself in the workplace and becoming a learner vs. a knower. My favorite part is when he talks about people arriving late to meetings. At Linkedin when you are late, they ask you if you were disorganized or disrespectful? I ask myself that every time I’m late. Sometimes the answer surprises me. It’s available in audio and print version. I own both.
