Having earned a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, Gretchen is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle System and a qualified provider of both the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment and the VIA Pro: Character Strengths Assessment, among other accreditations. Informed by her academic background in behavioral science and positive psychology, Gretchen is widely known for her concept of Leading with Hope, Drive & RestTM, a philosophy and practice that empowers organizations to make the world of work better and life richer.
In addition to her work, Gretchen is a mother of three, with one grown child and twins in college, and she resides in Maryland with her husband. She likes to spend time in the garden, woods, and water with her Goldendoodle, Charlotte.
