With over 10 years of corporate experience in the tech industry, Jessica has worked with high-level leaders in data analytics, systems implementation, engineering, and business operations. Her own background in data analytics allows her to connect on a deep level with tech and startup leaders: she “speaks data,” a crucial skill when seeking to understand the range of challenges that modern leaders face.
Jessica earned her Professional Certified Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation and also holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach credential. Additionally, she is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment tool. She earned an undergraduate degree from UCLA where she completed a double major in Economics and Global Studies.
Jessica spends her sun-soaked Los Angeles days exploring farmer’s markets, searching for the best new sushi restaurant, and trail-running through the hills. An avid Shark Tank fan, Jessica enjoys learning about entrepreneurship and innovation and employs these skills as a small business owner herself. A true extrovert skilled in the art of conversation, she can often be found excitedly talking — with friends and strangers alike.

Where I grew up: Taiwan, Malaysia, California (San Mateo and LA)
My family: My family is spread out across the world, primarily in Taiwan and California. My pets include 3 house plants and some rocks!
My favorite music: My taste changes, but I always enjoy anything on the Top 50 Pop charts – the tunes are usually so catchy and addicting.
My favorite foods: Definitely Japanese, I can’t get enough of sushi, curry, ramen, udon, okonomiyaki, katsu… not to mention the desserts! Mochi, dorayaki, taiyaki, cheesecake, the list just goes on and on…
My favorite cocktail: You can never go wrong with a margarita.
What I like to do in my spare time: Going trail-running and exploring the outdoors of Colorado
My first job: Taught Mandarin Chinese on Saturday mornings at the North Peninsula Mandarin School in the Bay Area
