Ranieka Weston specializes in “game changers in hiding” — leaders who hold themselves back from embracing their true identity and career potential. A skilled development strategist, she leverages 20 years of experience in commercial learning and talent management to inform her role as an executive leadership coach. Her high-achieving clients look to her when they’re ready to level up and gain confidence as their authentic selves. She is especially passionate about empowering underrepresented professionals who may be struggling to contribute their opinions and ideas, feel welcome at the table, and ask for what they deserve — from compensation to respect

Ranieka leverages her role at pLink Leadership® to partner with her clients to become more inclusive leaders. She supports them in examining specific beliefs, biases, and behaviors and pushing through their discomfort. Her clients report increased ability to make conscious decisions and take action to make their organizations more equitable.

To empower her clients to become more engaged in their careers and invested in their projects, Ranieka informs her unique coaching style with the 3Cs of pLink Leadership’s coaching approach: competence, character, and consciousness. As a result of working with Ranieka, her clients experience improved business outcomes and team dynamics. Her clients feel more connected to their professional goals, give better feedback to their direct reports and supervisors, and become more comfortable sharing their creative and game-changing ideas in meetings and presentations. For executive teams, Ranieka brings expertise in creating supportive learning opportunities that guide leaders and managers in transformational thinking and in developing the potential in their own team members.

Ranieka is also a captivating and inspiring keynote speaker on topics related to resilience, change, and equity and inclusion. Beyond her accomplishments at pLink Leadership, she has led enterprise-level change initiatives and has served on the board of the Life Sciences Education Network, where she chaired the committee that created an online module centered on developing inclusive learning environments.

A Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ranieka earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University. She is also an SHRM-SCP certified HR professional.
