Kristyn grew up in Des Plaines, IL, across the street from her high school where she graduated in 1994. She worked retail for several years before moving into an office job in 2000. Married in 2008 to her husband James, they welcomed their first child in 2009. Now they are a family of 6.
Kristyn enjoys spending time with family out in nature, talking walks, and visiting local parks.

Where I grew up: Des Plaines, IL
My family: Married James in 2008 on Halloween. We had our first child in 2009, second child in 2012, and twins in 2013. Our rescue dog Lulu, latest dog Ghost, and a bunny named Daisy
My favorite music: Hard question because I love so many genres of music. I’d have to say 80’s pop and 90’s Rock/Alternative are at the top of the list. Top bands would be The Beatles and Nine Inch Nails (so opposite, I know)
My favorite foods: Deep dish pizza, a good cheeseburger with fresh-cut fries, chopped salad from The Corner Bakery
My favorite cocktail: Frozen margarita with no salt
What I like to do in my spare time: Hang out with my family either at home, the zoo, or walks in nature. I also like to sew and do other crafts.
My first job: My first real job was working at Fashion Bug.
Something no one would believe about me: Got my first tattoo at 16, with my parents’ permission
