High Performance Teaming

The High Performance Teaming Leadership Lab focuses on the leadership mindsets and competencies needed to increase trust, psychological safety, and collaboration amongst executive team members. Specifically designed for leaders of leaders.

This program delivers insights, provides coaching, and creates opportunities for individual gains in:

  • Self-awareness, confidence, and professional courage.
  • Emotional agility, composure, and resilience.
  • Leading during rapid change and complexity.

And collective (team) gains in:

  • Sense and strength of team.
  • Trust, accountability, and alignment.
  • Collective leadership excellence.

Duration – 15 weeks (Standard) or 20 weeks (Accelerator).

Time investment – varies by format (Standard or Accelerator); a typical month asks for 5 hours.

Evaluation – includes individual measures (Look Back) as well as program evaluations.

Courageous Conversations

The Courageous Conversations Accelerator Lab’s optimized timeline is designed to focus leaders on the mindsets and competencies needed to engage in the real, essential, and difficult conversations that drive an organization forward during rapid change and disruption.

This program delivers insights, provides coaching, and includes opportunities for individual gains in:

  • Self-awareness, composure, and professional courage.
  • Resilience to better deal with challenges and setbacks.
  • Confidence in having difficult conversations.
  • Decisiveness during rapid change and uncertainty.

And collective (team) gains in:

  • Trust, accountability, and alignment.
  • Courageous authenticity.
  • Curiosity and generous assumptions.
  • Collective leadership excellence.

Duration – 20 weeks (Accelerator format only).

Time investment – Approximately 9 hours the first month and then throttles back to 5 hours/month for the remaining time.

Evaluation – includes individual measures (Look Back) as well as program evaluations.

Influencing

The Influencing Leadership Lab focuses on the leadership mindsets and competencies needed to communicate in ways that build influence across the organization without formal authority.

This program delivers insights, provides coaching, and creates opportunities for individual gains in:

  • Self-awareness, composure, and resilience.
  • Influence with peers and leadership.
  • Communication to increase trust, connection, and collaboration.

And collective (team) gains in:

  • Trust, alignment, and innovation across the organization.
  • A culture of curiosity.
  • A leadership style of “getting it right” vs. “being right.”
  • Steady gains in progress.

Time investment – approximately 5 hours per month.

Duration – 15 weeks (Standard)

Evaluation – includes individual measures (Look Back) as well as program evaluations.

Connections

The Connections Leadership Lab focuses on the foundational mindsets and competencies needed to lead the self effectively, and then to build relationships with others in an authentic and high integrity manner.

Leaders will learn about the mindsets and competencies needed to be self-aware, skillfully navigate emotions, and earn and extend trust, setting the stage for successful collaboration and teamwork.

This program delivers insights, provides coaching, and includes opportunities for individual gains in:

  • Self-awareness, confidence, and professional courage.
  • Emotional agility, composure, and resilience.
  • Effective leadership.

And collective (team) gains in:

  • Accountability.
  • Productive relationships with others.

Time investment – approximately 5 hours per month.

Dare to Lead™ Leadership Lab

The full Dare to Lead™ curriculum delivered through pLink’s unique Leadership Lab structure. The Dare to Lead Leadership Lab centers on 4 courage-building skill sets that are teachable, observable, and measurable – Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Values, BRAVING Trust, and Learning to Rise. Based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown and powered by pLink Leadership.

Our Dare to Lead Leadership Lab is led by pLink Executive Coaches who are Certified Dare to Lead Facilitators.

This course will result in a Dare to Lead Trained certificate and digital badge.

The program delivers insights, provides coaching, and creates opportunities for individual gains in:

  • Enhancing self-awareness, emotional agility, and professional courage.
  • Giving and receiving feedback, engaging in difficult conversations.
  • Leading through well-defined core values and building trust.
  • Growing confidence and resilience after setbacks and challenges.
