Coaching Mastery
pLink Leadership’s Coaching Mastery course provides an opportunity for trained coaches to develop and grow professionally through training and skills enhancement with the vibrant and experienced pLink team.
Led by a qualified PCC coach, this program is designed to increase coaching skills and confidence. Through reading, reflection, discussion, and demonstration during peer learning labs, participants will engage multiple learning styles to integrate and deepen best practices in coaching.
Upon completion, participants earn ICF Core Competency and Resource Development credits with this certified course that can be applied to their ACC/PCC/MCC certification process.
